Oral Presentations
Presentation duration
- Plenary lecture: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A
- Keynote lecture: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A
- Oral presentation: 15 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A
Presentation format
- Accepted file formats: PowerPoint (
.ppt/.pptx) or PDF - All presentations will be displayed in 16:9 format
- Presentations will run on Windows 11 conference laptops
- The use of personal laptops is not permitted
General information for Oral presenters
- Oral presenters are required to submit their presentation to the Conference Slide Center, located close to the registration desk.
- Presentations should preferably be uploaded one day before the scheduled session.
- Files must be named using the presentation ID reported in the Oral Programme, followed by the presenter’s first name, as follows: ID_PresenterFirstName. For example: XAS-1_PresenterFirstName.
- Oral presenters are kindly requested to meet the Chair of their session at least 10 minutes before the beginning of the session, in order to introduce themselves and receive any final practical instructions.
Poster Presentations
Poster format
- Portrait orientation;
- Maximum size: 85 cm × 120 cm (A0 size)
Poster Printing Service
A poster printing service will be available for authors at the cost of €20.00 per poster. Authors wishing to use this service are kindly invited to contact the Conference Secretariat at info@exrs2026.com. Printed posters will be available for collection at the registration desk upon arrival.

- Monday 15 June | 17:20–19:00 | Poster Session I
- Tuesday 16 June | 17:20–19:00 | Poster Session II
- Thursday 18 June | 17:20–19:00 | Poster Session III
General information for Poster presenters
- Posters will be numbered and grouped by topic
- Authors are expected to attend their assigned poster session
- Please check your paper number in the programme and poster board before mounting
- Mounting materials and assistance will be available on site
- Posters must be removed promptly after the assigned session
