Abstract Submission
Oral and poster contributions are welcome on topics within the scope of the conference. Please note that the submission of ORAL contributions is now closed (deadline: March 10, 2026). Authors are still invited to submit ooster abstracts until March 31, 2026 (extended deadline only for POSTER contribution). Please note that the abstract submission process is separate from conference registration. To register for participation, authors are requested to visit the registration page on the conference website.
Only abstracts submitted by registered presenters who have paid the conference fee will be included in the Book of Abstracts and in the final program of the EXRS2026 conference.
Each registered participant may submit one oral contribution and no more than two contributions overall, including oral and poster presentations.
Submission Procedure
Abstracts must be submitted via the EasyChair platform at the following link:
If you do not already have an EasyChair account, please select “Sign up for an account” and follow the registration procedure. After receiving the confirmation email, define a user ID and password to access the abstract submission system.
Once logged in, select “Make a new submission” to begin the submission process.
Enter the details for all authors, specifying at least one Corresponding Author and the Presenter. If the abstract has more than three authors, use the “Click here to add more authors” option.
Enter the title and the abstract in plain text in the reported form. This information is used for indexing purposes only. The abstract must be submitted as a PDF file, prepared according to the official template (EXRS2026_Abstract_Template). The abstract must not exceed one A4 page, as specified in the template.
Enter at least three keywords, one per line, and select one or more topics relevant to your abstract from the provided list.
Select the type of presentation (ORAL or POSTER).
Upload your abstract file in PDF format and complete the submission by clicking the “Submit” button.
After submission, authors may access their contribution(s) via the “Overview” or “My Submissions” menu. Abstracts may be edited or replaced with a revised version at any time before the submission deadline. The accuracy and content of the abstract are the sole responsibility of the author(s). No changes will be possible after the submission deadline.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts, which will be made available to participants both on the conference website and during on-site registration.
